Coldwell Banker Real Estate is establishing a notable position in its global expansion

Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, a part of Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), has shared its substantial growth internationally in 2023. They've expanded into three new countries and territories while welcoming 42 new international companies to enhance their services for clients around the world.

In March, Coldwell Banker Chile started its operations with five offices across the country, led by managing partners Javier Macchi and Pablo Benchoa. They aim to offer a unique real estate experience for clients buying, selling, or renting properties in Chile's growing market.

Coldwell Banker Paraguay also joined the network by opening a franchise in Asunción's Recoleta district. President Sergio Weber sees potential in Paraguay's stable economy to assist clients in finding their dream homes and contribute to Coldwell Banker's growth there.

June 2023 marked the renewal of Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates' master franchise agreement, covering 14 countries and territories in the Caribbean. Under the leadership of master franchise owner JC Calhoun, a network of 300 agents is leveraging Coldwell Banker's technology and resources to guide consumers in various property markets.

Most recently, Coldwell Banker announced its expansion into Saudi Arabia's real estate market. Coldwell Banker Saudi Arabia is preparing to join the brand's international network in early 2024, launching a new master franchise in Riyadh. CEO Youssef Khattar aims to provide brokerage and consultancy services for investors, developers, and corporations seeking residential and commercial properties in the country.
